The problem with anti wrinkle creams

There are many problems with the anti-wrinkle creams offered by today's market. Sadly, most companies use so many chemicals in their products that you won't know if the cream will hurt or help you until you try it. Many people prefer enduring cracked and dry skin instead of risking an allergy or a rash.
Wrinkles are formed because of two proteins: collagen and elastin. If fact, because of the lack of these proteins. When these elements are lower than they should be, a wrinkle will appear. This usually happens along with aging and people have accepted it because they thought that nothing can change it. In fact, if you are getting old, you don't have to look much older. And no, I'm not talking about plastic surgery.
Like chemicals, surgery has no point in the battle against wrinkles. The only difference between those two is that surgery actually works. The disadvantages of this option are the price and the fact that everything is done on the exterior. So, what's the alternative?
Because wrinkles appear from the inside out, due to lack of collagen and elastin, you have to convince your body to produce more of these proteins. This couldn't be simpler than with the help of a few natural ingredients. The most known ingredients are Wakame, Cynergy TK and coenzyme Q10.
Unlike commercial products, these ingredients are truly natural and go directly to the source of the problem. After a few days, any anti wrinkle cream which contains one of these elements will show great results. The levels of collagen and elastin will increase, your wrinkles will lower and the skin will be smooth once more.
Because some anti wrinkle cream producers know exactly what are they doing, they sometimes add vitamins and antioxidants to the ingredient list. This will cause many positive effects to your body. First, the skin will heal and all cracks will disappear. After that, it will slowly become moist and, soon, the first wrinkles will start vanishing in thin air.
In conclusion, anti wrinkle cream products are available and can offer you what you need. It's your turn to find the best one.

Acne formation and risk factors

Statistics show that around 85% people are affected by acne at some stage during their lifespan. Although this skin disease does not usually result in physical pain, its psychological repercussions can make life miserable for many. A large number of people with acne feel embarrassed about their skin. People suffering most from this problem are women aged 16-18 and men aged 17-19. To treat this widespread skin disease, it is essential to learn how acne forms and what factors are responsible for this problem.
Acne occurs in the pilosebaceous unit, which comprises of a hair, follicle and sebaceous gland. There are relatively more pilosebaceous units on the neck and face as compared to other parts of the body. Sebaceous glands release sebum, an oil that travels through the follicle to the skin pores, and lubricates each hair and the nearby skin.
Dead skin cells can gather and block skin pores, and sebum gets trapped inside the pores and leads to formation of cysts. The cysts, also known as comedones, later form blackheads or whiteheads if they do not crack. In case a comedone cracks, it results in inflammation of the nearby skin.
Moreover, propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes) is a bacterium that usually develops within the pore. If this bacterium escapes into other tissues, it produces swelling and pus, and results in pimples. It also leads to inflammation of the skin by changing the makeup of sebum.
Chances of developing acne increase significantly during teenage years. During this stage, sudden increase in hormonal activity results in an overproduction of sebum that continues till the age of 20. Similar hormonal changes take place in women during menstruation and pregnancy, especially in the last week prior to menstruation.
Some studies suggest that stress can also lead to the formation of acne. Male hormones, known as androgens, speed up the production of sebum. Adrenal glands too are responsible for producing this hormone; this production increases in times of stress and leads to overproduction of sebum, which facilitates the development of acne.
Another risk factor is the frequent use of oily cosmetic products that contain fats. Some medicines like oral contraceptives and drugs rich in iodine cause this skin problem too. And acne can also be influenced due to genetic factors. People with a family history of this disease have greater chances of developing acne themselves.
Although the most common factors causing acne have been mentioned above, there are some other rare factors too that may be responsible for this skin problem. For example, polycystic ovary syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, and a few other disorders of the endocrine system can lead to the formation of acne vulgaris. Also, acne may develop in some babies if their mothers transfer hormones to them during birth. Sometimes, the baby itself comes under stress from birth and may produce hormones.
Treatment methods vary from natural to laser to medications. Whatever method you use, take proper care of your diet. It is essential that your body consumes food that will remove the extra sebum from your skin, which will reduce your chances of developing acne.

How to get rid of acne overnight

Acne is caused due to hormonal imbalances or excess heat within the body. Acne causes a lot of issues for young people. For all those who are too conscious about it, it requires some face saving as well. For women, it is like a doomsday statement which makes them psychologically bogged down. Sometimes they also withdraw into a shell. Physiologically, acne can also be very painful. Let's take up three ways to get rid of acne overnight....
Applying toothpaste-We can apply toothpaste to the localized infection area. The paste has to remain there for 15-20 minutes at least. After the toothpaste has been there for the asked duration, it has to be removed. Next, we must wash the face and pat it dry. Further, we need to apply alcohol to the affected area. For this purpose, we have to take the Q-tip and immerse it into alcohol. This we can apply to the acne area; next, it's time to have a good night's sleep. The pimple will have vanished by the morning. Also, you must remember not to sleep on the acne's side.
Applying ice-pack- A skin color concealer can look to hide the pimple but it does not gut its existence. For this, the top homemade remedy is an ice pack. Applying an ice pack over a reddened area reduces the swelling. Sometimes, if you are lucky, it may even completely eliminate the pimple. But this may require application for two days.
Applying a home-made mixture- Another great idea is to mix half-teaspoon of camphor lotion with half-teaspoon of tomato juice and one-teaspoon of honey. The combination is deemed to be highly effective for acne of all kinds. The trio acts as a brilliant cleansing agent. This can also be ably used for exfoliation.
